Shipping policy

Order Processing

Standard orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Shipping generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on order size and destination.

For custom items, our design team will send you a proof within 2 business days (often sooner) for approval. Once approved, your stencil is produced and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most custom stencil orders arrive within 7–8 business days after purchase.

All orders ship from Northern California. Orders containing stencils sized 18 inches or larger may take up to 3 additional days in transit to the East Coast. Most orders arrive 5–8 business days after being placed.

Priority Shipping

For faster delivery, you may select Expedited Fulfillment (2–3 business days) at checkout for standard orders.
For custom stencil orders requiring expedited shipping, please contact order@stencilstop.com before placing your order — if possible, we’ll make it happen.

International Shipping

Stencil Stop ships to many countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please email order@stencilstop.com  to inquire about options.
