Need to check on your stencil order? This page covers everything you need to know about tracking, updating, or changing your order after it’s placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your stencil ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status directly through your Stencil Stop account. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment.

Updating an Order

If you need to update your shipping address, size, material, or design details, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

To request a change: Email order@stencilstop.com with your order number and updated information.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order before your proof is approved or before production begins. Once production has started, the order can’t be canceled since each stencil is made to order.

If you’re unsure of your order status, reach out to our team — we’ll confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Reordering a Previous Design

If you’ve ordered with us before and want another of the same design, we can easily remake it. Visit our Reordering Your Stencil page for instructions.
