I submitted a rough bit of art that needed the rough edges smoothed out and Stencil Stop did a great job of cleaning it up right away and showing me a proof. Once I approved it, it was promptly shipped.

Not sure how you did it but you managed to get the stencils from literally half way around the world to here before the joint down the road had realised they'd lost the artwork... Outstanding product and even better service. 5-Stars.
