Customer Spotlight: Fiddlesticks Pub
It’s official: Stencil Stop has made it to the streets of New York City. Fiddlesticks Pub in the West Village of Manhattan has adorned their outdoor seating area with a myriad of large stencils to advertise their business. The city has adjusted to using (and allowing) outdoor seating areas in order to encourage social distancing and low capacity requirements. Now that full capacity is once again allowed, these “Open Restaurants” provide ample extra seating for customers.
Fiddlesticks, which first opened in 1997, has beautified their sidewalk seating space with stenciled images of their logos and name. The art features Walter, the general manager’s beloved pup sipping on a drink. They used one of the simplest methods with stencils: spray paint!
Stencils allowed Fiddlesticks Pub to advertise their whereabouts to the surrounding area and was a quick solution to decorating the outdoor dining structure. If you’re in New York City, be sure to check out Fiddlesticks Pub for dinner and drinks (and some awesome stencil art).
