So, Inordered the minimum of 5 stencils. Mine were 3X4, to etch my logo onto glass bottles. They turned the job around within a day. I think the price to do that pretty steep for what I got. I know overnight shipping isnt cheap, but no way it was that expensive. I used 2 stencils/bottle. I made sure they were pressed on well. I ended up with 1 that bled a bit...so my project didn't come out perfect, but it came out. If it were a gift, dont think I would be able to give it.
The stencil was bent on arrival and distorted when being laid down. Can you please send me a replacement.

I wish someone explained that you need more space between the cut out and the edges to avoid over spray

Sent a pretty intricate logo design and the stencil came out perfect! No issues or worries of rips or damage after multiple uses.
Have used them a number of times and each time their products arrive in good quality and look great. Their customer service response time is like no other.
They were really good to work with but the stencils themselves weren’t what we asked for. We asked that all three of our layers fit exactly on a piece of plywood of a certain size. This is so the plywood itself, laying on the floor, is the only guide needed. Toward the end of the proof process we were told that the mylar stencils for each layer would be multiple sheets of mylar and we would have to tape them together so they could pack flat in the same container. We agreed, as taping the stencils together is no big deal. When we received the stencils we realized that it wasn’t just taping the stencils together. Each of the three layers was either slightly wider, narrower, longer, or shorter than the other layers. This requires you to have to line up each layer slightly differently on the surface where you are spraying the stencil. The “X”s on each layer are still there, but we are doing many, many, reproductions of the same image and it takes a lot longer when you have to line up each layer differently. The stencil LAYERS should be the same dimensions. They save a little product by making you line up layers of different lengths and widths but these stencils are not inexpensive and for what they charge they should make the stencil layers uniform so it speeds up the process in the field.
Unfortunately you don't know what you're getting until it arrives. Ours is in 8 pieces with pieces we have to assemble. This will not work for what we purchased it for and I doubt it would for other companies wanting to use it more than once. Disappointing
