Refund policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns for non-custom orders within 30 days of purchase. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You may contact us at support@stencilstop.com to let us know you want to return your purchase.
Note: Returns only apply to standard orders (aka non-custom orders). If you ordered a custom stencil or another custom product, it isn't eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you're approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account. Or, if applicable, contact your credit card company. Because of processing times, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

General Design Approval Policy
Once you approve a Custom design via any of our communication channels, we will not be accountable for any typos or design errors. Please make sure that you’re satisfied with the final product since you're not eligible for a refund once the stencil is packed and shipped. Custom stencils and products are not eligible for a refund once packed and shipped.
10-Day Custom Stencil Approval Policy
Please double-check all the artwork details including spelling, spacing, layout, edges and dimensions. Then let us know if you approve the design. If not, provide your change request with accurate and complete details for revision within 10 days, or it will automatically be approved and processed. Custom stencils and products are not eligible for a refund once packed and shipped.
Stencil Stop will not be accountable for any typos or design errors once the proof has been approved or the 10-day approval period has passed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from when the order is placed. If it has been more than 24 hours and you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us and our Customer Service Team will determine if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Exchanged or Damaged Items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@stencilstop.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please send us an image or images of the stencil that visibly shows the damage in order for us to verify it and ship out a new stencil to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You're responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
