I specifically asked in the details of my order for a multiple color layered stencil. I selected a mylar stencil. Guess what? Im not a stencil expert and had no idea what that even meant.
Proofs were sent (and approved) and within the proof it still showed my black and white texts asking for a multiple layered colored stencil. I also asked for smaller single layer stencils. Identified each stencil was different.
Once they arrived I immediately saw the mix up. Called to calmly communicate the issue. I was met with endless excuses for how it was my fault.
After almost 40 minutes of back and forth, proving my position with screen shots, pictures of the packing slip that showed the orders intention, I finally had enough and hung up.
That was met with multiple texts asking me to re consider.
I am a business owner and if I handled issues this way I would lose customers.
Im not interested in a replacement after the arguments i had and I am still contemplating disputing the charges

This stencil worked really well for our project. We were spray painting plastic/rubber livestock water troughs. I highly recommend watching all of the tips and tricks videos before getting started as it will help you have more success! Also, really take your time with the initial removal of your stencil. The extra time and tediousness is worth it. Would 100% order again and recommend to a friend!
