We use 14mil Mylar to ensure our stencils are flexible enough for curved surfaces while staying durable for reuse. I’ve ordered many times and am generally happy with the stencils. Sometimes communication has been difficult because you are unable to communicate directly with the people designing/cutting your stencils. But overall I’m satisfied enough to keep coming back

I ordered a custom stencil and approved the proof. The physical stencil that arrived was terrible quality (flimsy paper) and did not match the proof (crooked lines, etc). I sent photos and was still required to pay $15 in return shipping to get a refund. Will not be using this company again.
