I have a lot of experience working with laser cutting thick gauge plastic and MDF. Most of the time there was a lot of back and forth about what that particular company was willing to do. With Stencil Stop, I submitted my drawing, got back a proof lickety-split, and it was exactly what I had originally envisioned. I had concerns about the thickness of the mylar, and the staff got back to me quickly with the facts I was looking for, I will definitely work with Stencil Stop again.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Stencil Stop. I shared a simple concept—my signature, a sample layout, and a “Doron 2026” stencil idea—and their team came back with terrific, thoughtful recommendations that genuinely elevated the final product.
When the final stencil arrived, the “26” wasn’t quite right. I reached out, and they immediately replaced it with a perfect secondary solution. No hesitation, no excuses—just excellent service and follow-through. The revised stencil came out exactly right.
The entire team was outstanding, from Hannah to Sam—professional, responsive, creative, and clearly committed to quality. I was very impressed by both their craftsmanship and their customer care.

From the submission of my image to the delivery of the final product, I was very happy with the customer service that I received. Great service! Excellent timing. They were able to give me a quote quicky once I sent a request, and adjust it to my liking. It shipped quickly and was able to get everything completed within my deadline.

We use 14mil Mylar to ensure our stencils are flexible enough for curved surfaces while staying durable for reuse. I ordered a custom latte stencil for a Christmas gift. Ordering was super simple and shipping was fast even during the busy holiday season.
I’ve ordered many times and am generally happy with the stencils. Sometimes communication has been difficult because you are unable to communicate directly with the people designing/cutting your stencils. But overall I’m satisfied enough to keep coming back
