Ordering from Stencil Stop is quick and simple — whether you’re creating a custom design or choosing from our ready-made stencil collections. Here’s how the process works.
Custom Stencil Orders
- Upload Your Design: Visit our Custom Stencils page to start your order. You can upload a logo, image, or sketch — we can turn anything into a stencil.
- Review Your Proof: Our design team sends a digital proof within 1–2 business days so you can confirm everything looks right before production.
- Production & Shipping: Once you approve your proof, your stencil is produced and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as it ships.
Standard Stencil Designs
If you’re ordering one of our pre-designed stencil sets, simply select your design and size, then complete checkout as usual. Most of these orders ship the next business day.
Tips for a Smooth Order
- Check your email for proof approval requests — production can’t start until the proof is approved.
- Include any special requests (like size changes or multiple materials) in your order notes.
- If you’re on a deadline, choose Expedited Shipping at checkout for faster turnaround.
