Reordering Your Stencil Design
If you’ve ordered from us before and need another of the same design, reordering is easy. We keep your artwork on file so you can get more—same design, any size, material, or quantity.
How to Reorder
- Reply to your original email: Reply to your order confirmation or shipping email with “I’d like to reorder this design.”
- Email us: Send a note to order@stencilstop.com with your name and (if possible) your previous order number or a photo of the stencil.
- Need changes? If you want a different size, material, or small tweaks, place a new order via the Custom Stencils collection and mention “Reorder of prior design” in the notes.
Why Mention It’s a Reorder?
- Faster turnaround: We already have your design on file.
- Flexible options: Choose a new size, material, or quantity without starting from scratch.
- Simplified proofing: If a proof is needed, it’s usually quicker.
Typical Timeline
- Proof (if needed): 1–2 business days
- Production & shipping after approval: 1–2 business days
- Most reorders: Ship within 3–5 business days total
