The process was smooth and relatively easy. I was happy with the communication and the end result was great
The Preview of the design is pixelated and difficult to see, thus resulting in a poorly designed stencil. Depending on the size of the stencil, the packing is absolutely horrible. For instance, I ordered a large stencil (2ft x 4ft) and it was taped to one side of the cardboard packaging... Resulting is tearing the delicate design.
