Within 2-4 business days, we'll email you a digital proof showing exactly what your custom stencil will look like. You can request edits and revisions until it's perfect. Design service is included at no extra charge.

3. We Manufacture Your Stencil

After you approve the proof, we laser cut your custom stencil with precision. Orders ship within 2 business days of approval.

4. Start Stenciling

Your stencil arrives ready to use with a detailed usage guide. We also provide ongoing support through our customer service center.

Custom Stencil Sizing

The size you order is the size of your actual design artwork. We automatically add border space around your design:

• Designs under 6": We add 1" border on all sides
• Designs over 6": We add 2" border on all sides

Don't worry about being exact - if your artwork proportions differ from what you ordered, we'll communicate with you about sizing and pricing adjustments before production. You'll see exact dimensions on your proof.
